As a Leveraged Finance Analyst, I created financial models, processed news updates, and helped updated internal processes at Bixby Research and Analytics prior to its acquisition by CreditSights.

As the founder of Busi Corp, I was responsible for all layers of business development. In this role, I ideated new product ideas based on customer feedback that we sourced through early client interviews, and interviews with potential target customers. Further, alongside my partner, I researched market viability and industry trends to make sure the company was ready for launch.In product development, I was directly responsible for managing our 6-man development team, and designed internal workflow for each project. I helped create user stories, design UX, and identify coding errors.Finally, alongisde my partner, raising funds and managing cash burn was essential. I helped prepare pitch decks and presented them for grant awards and angel investment. I created cash flow models to help predict when additional financing would be needed and to control burn.

At Truist Bank, I was part of the Industry Specialty & Advisory team within the Commercial & Community Banking division. One of my major projects was identifying and solving data discrepancies between reporting software for the bank's sales pipeline. I also was a part of the SBA lending team, and in that capacity, I helped create documents and processes that would shorten the closing cycle for small business lenders.

My time as an intern with FCA Venture Partners was a great introduction to the Venture Capital Industry. I performed research on various market opportunities throughout the Healthcare industry, such as InsurTech and alternative Healthcare plans. I completed reports on the market fit for investments that the firm was interested in. These reports helped the Principal make decision on whether investments fit the firm's investment criteria and investment theses. Alongside doing active research, I engaged in many pitches and board meeting to learn about the investment process and portfolio company management.

TE-MI Trockenbau GmbH is a commercial construction company. In my time with TE-MI, I visited project sits to track progress and check work quality, ensuring client satisfaction. I also performed cost-analyses on Excel. These cost-analyses led to the identification of inefficient labor scheduling and high supply waste. My work led to cutting supply and labor costs on individual projects, and increasing earnings on individual projects. At TEMI, I was exposed to client relationship management as well. I met with potential clients and current partners to strengthen relationships and learn more about their needs. Such practices led to TEMI winning a 25 million Euro bid for a construction deal.
