Team Leader of Seminar Hall Services. After a 10 month long Leadership Program, I was responsible of interviewing, recruiting and training our 50-person student team that executed the customer service and safety procedures in the seminar hall. Throughout the whole process I was helping my team members to become the best versions of themselves and practice the best customer service in the world. This program has developed my leadership, presentation and event management skills amongst many others.

Assisting the Event Production Team in all phases of event production starting from mapping out possible locations and making offers for customers followed by budgeting and customer meetings. Planning the event and all the practical details as well as build-up, producing the event and build-down.Participated in business seminars, international conferences, different size corporate occasions and sports events such as Helsinki Cup.

Manager's duties such as responsibility of staff management during shifts, stock and order management, responsibility of money orders and cash register accounting. In addition to manager's duties; customer service and food preparation.
