A company operating in Life Science industry. I was leading the company's way to growth, development and international markets. I also developed the company's marketing management and materials.In this period I was able to put in practise what I had learned about international markets and growing companies. I managed to get a big funding for the company's internationalization plans that took the company's marketing and international sales to the next level. .

Leader of HR and group OD activities as well as the head of the HR Management and Development department in the head office. My team had 7 members. Workforce under head office was 1,300 employees and in the group about 3,500 employees.In the very international organisation I was in charge of human resources, payroll, security and sanitation departments as well as the company clinic. One of my greatest achievements was to get the unmotivated human resources staff to be proud of their work and work as a high spirited team. I also made a great structural change in the organisation and lead the implementation of a human resources ERP so succesfully that it was used as a reference for all the other modules of the ERP in other divisions. Years after work I visited the company and my former secretary said that I have been the best manager she has ever had. That was the best compliment I could get and I appreciate it a lot.

Creating the foundation for marketing and managing the marketing activities of the company; creating the marketing strategy, the marketing program and executing them. A great part of the job was also events management and media relations. Personnel about 500 employees.The best experiences from this work were to adapt to the totally new working culture, to create a totally new marketing strategy from scratch and organise a high-profile new Nissan Patrol launch event. Organising the event was the best learning experience, from choosing the specifications of the cars to giving interviews on TV and from guiding how the cars had to be parked to hosting the members of parliament and other VIPs.
