I handled extremely confidential banking information and had to solve a variety of IT issues, quickly and efficiently, often taking control of the customer’s PC remotely. • If a problem could not be solved at the 1st level I would have to escalate it and follow up the progress while keeping the customer up-to-date. An IBM ticketing system was used for every issue a customer reported. • The role of Quality Control agent required me to monitor other staff and evaluate their effectiveness by listening to phone calls, checking emails and reporting these evaluations to managers. This role required trust and honesty, and in particular the skill to give feedback in a positive manner to maintain a good work environment, while still improving our service. Show less

The role of a customer service agent required handling up to seven customer issues on the phone, email and online chat at once. I was often dealing with VIP customers where special attention and care was needed. Speed and excellent customer service manner were necessities on a daily basis.
