I facilitate the building of e-learning courses by, inter alia, analyzing, designing, writing manuscripts, creating activities and managing projects. Additionally, I train and coach our customers in developing their e-learning skills. I also lead our learning design team 01/2022 - 03/2024.

I'm enthusiastic about making sure knowledge flows freely within and between people, groups and organizations in structural, practical and behavioral levels. I plan and facilitate the change processes of improving knowledge and information management practices and systems.

I worked as a part-time (research) assistant in different projects and industries. According to the needs of my customers I searched and analyzed information as well as documented the found information in an easy-to-use form.

During my time at Datafisher I was involved mainly in developing Dolphin LMS (Learning Management System), conducting user research and producing e-learning trainings with Captivate and iSpring.

During my master's studies I worked as a teaching assistant at four courses: Human potential, Ryhmätoiminta ja organisointi, Ihminen ryhmässä and Managing knowledge and knowledge-intensive organizations.My duties included, inter alia, administering the course web pages, coordinating actions of other teachers, student communications, instructing students and evaluating student assignments.

I was a stay-at-home parent for our two children. My duties included e.g. loving, caring, nurturing, playing, teaching, organizing, cooking, cleaning, shopping and planning the days. During my time at home I learned especially determination, patience, resilience and flexibility.

I also worked in the same position Dec 2012 - Aug 2013. I transcribed the dictations of doctors from different specialties as well as trained new employees. During my time at HUS-Servis I learned to write fast, listen carefully, find specific information from half-heard abbreviations and ill-pronounced words and to use a dozen or so poorly designed medical software - as well as a huge amount of medicine. Apart from my fast but also meticulous writing I also got special praise from my effective and gentle training skills.

As a junior specialist in a market intelligence company I acquired, summarized and structured market information for various clients from different industries, as well as worked on intra-organizational development projects. In addition to learning the basic workings of a multinational knowledge-intensive company I also learned to search effectively and to summarize neatly - but not to easily understand English spoken in Indian accent.
