About Tiina Välkky
I'm urging to improve organizations' ways of working and constantly trying to find better paths to prospective future. To me, finance reports and analyzes are important for understanding current foothold but not all answers are within numbers. How to produce more efficiently, could Lean methodology help on that? How to support management to make good decisions on investments, by which measurement to value alternatives?How to make company's internal data transparent and available to those needing it?These questions and many more I'm pursuing to answer, with my comprehensive working experience and following key competences. Leadership; it's natural for me to lead, both people and affairs. I'm thrilled when things get well done with my team and I have been honored to learn that my team and colleagues are happy to work with me. Finance administration has been excellent choice for career; making profit is about creating value to customers and internal process of producing that value is such an interesting puzzle. Luckily I'm skilled with excellent ability to understand the big picture.ERP and finance reporting software are my dear friends. We come along very well and I never get tired of developing system tools even further to support better ways of working.
