The Project Recoveries Administrator function is responsible for providing efficient, timeous and accurate transactional processing for project related recoveries. Assisting the Financial Operations and Project Recoveries Manager in delivering exceptional customer service against the SLA’s and OLA’s that have been agreed with business.

Ensuring that all PCO•PPO orders are cleared timeously. •Refunding accounts that are debit incorrectly. •Reversing of funds that are transferred incorrectly. •Leasing with customers and branches. •Creating payoffs orders, running settlements, refunding. •Liaise with branches with regard to problems identified. •Action queries timeously ensuring that all deadlines and SLA’s are met

Task and responsibilities•Processing sundries, Rentals and Employee reimbursements•Accurate and timeous processing of invoices, rentals and employee reimbursements within time frame•Predetermined daily targets, averaging at 130 or exceeding the daily target per day•Ensuring no possible loss to the bank due to incorrect vendor payments, over-payments and short-payments•Scanning sundries, Rentals and Employee Reimbursements via the Qdoc system•Accurate and timeous scanning of invoices, rentals and employee reimbursements within time frame•Predetermined daily targets, averaging at 260 or exceeding the daily target per day•Ensuring no possible loss to the bank due to incorrect vendor payments, over-payments and short-payments•Filing all the documents in a correct manner
