Developing marketing strategies to achieve the organization's objectives. Included customer experience development, brand and product developments. Managing and developing the marketing team.Biggest achievements: most successful IPO in Baltics - IPO Enefit Green, launching Enefit in Latvian and Lithuanian markets to second positions, maintaining market leader position in Estonia. Launching Enefit Volt electrical car charging network in Estonia and also Baltics.

Managing the resources and openings in the marketplace to leverage those opportunities to an organization’s best advantage. Helping identify market demands for new products and services by compiling consumer feedback and conducting market research. Creating and consulting about brand strategies and go-to-market strategies.

Creating brand experiences through out all touch points of customers. Leading the rebranding of Elion and EMT to Telia.Strategic planning, developing and directing marketing efforts for Telia and all sub brands of Telia Eesti. Consulting on proper use throughout all advertising, promotions, internal publications, marketing, social media presence and any other environment in which the brand appears. Development of brand standards and usage guidelines.

Responsible for stratetic planning and developing Elion brand.
