Design ProcessLed the full lifecycle of all UI/UX tasks, taking ownership of feature analysis, hardware UX testing, redesign, and improvements. Collaborated closely with the marketing team to design and deliver hardcopy and software materials, including brochures, social media posts, and advertisements. Proposed and initiated a full website redesign after mastering the company’s design language, followed by its successful launch. ResearchConducted in-depth competitor analysis and explored potential integrations to stay ahead in the market. Identified new opportunities by researching industry trends and implementing innovative solutions. Focused on ensuring the relevance and effectiveness of all UI/UX strategies through competitive benchmarking and market evaluation.A/B TestsWorked collaboratively with IT and analytics teams to develop and execute A/B testing strategies for the redesigned website. Tested user interactions and gathered insights to refine designs iteratively. Utilized analytics tools to measure outcomes and achieved data-driven enhancements in user experience and performance metrics.

Design ProcessResponsible for coordinating design team and overall design tasks and creating content strategy for Clay App. Developing typography, palette, illustration, iconography systems and A/B testings for products. Work with cross-functional teams including development and marketing.User FunnalsWe brought our new design to the software stage by first doing remote tests with the users. In our go-live process, we started to publish our pages gradually by using Amplitude and Hotjar.A/B TestsWe have done more than 100 a/b tests on average. We performed an average of 3 different a/b tests per week for 1 process with 4 different versions, firstly we started in lower countries and when it was finalized, we opened it in the USA and published the final version. As an example, we brought our signup rate from 2% to 5%. We increased our purchasing rate from 3% to 7%.
