Call2 (as a subsidiary of KPN) is a IT contracting company with a strong focus on support and systems management. In my current role I am responsible for a unit with +/- 35 employees. I am primarily responsible for: • Selecting, managing, motivating and coaching employees • Maintaining and expanding customer relationships • Monitoring financial performance of my team and projects• Initiating and participating in projects to improve the internal organization
