As the Founder and Technical Director of Volt Time, I am passionate about designing and manufacturing charging stations for electric vehicles that are sustainable, innovative, and efficient. I have a propedeuse in Information Technology from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, and I have developed skills in electrical wiring, sales management, IT service management, electricity, and embedded systems. I started my entrepreneurial journey in 2013 as a blog writer for Laadpaal Direct, a company that sells charging stations for electric vehicles. I became a professional in servicing, installing, and repairing charging stations, and in 2018, I became the Head of Service. In 2019, I launched Volt Time, a company that offers charging stations that can use surplus power from solar panels and reimburse kWhs via backoffice systems. I am proud of our products, which we developed, certified, and manufactured after 5 years of hard work, and which has entered the EV market with great success. Besides hardware we launched Volt Time Cloud in 2023 as the centerpiece of our ecosystem. An open, hardware-agnostic platform which suits as service to connect anything with everything. From EMS sytems to batteries and backoffices. I am motivated by the vision of creating a greener future for mobility and energy and will do so by enabling people to revolutionize the way the power their future.
