After my role as IT Manager the company asked me to manage the operations. Innovation Group Acquired "Teledesk" a well known company in the insurance market. That company had different businesslines that had to be integrated. As operations manager I restructured business processes, implemented software integrations & worked on group projects whitin Europe. Together with the Sales I was responsible for P&L in Belgium reporting directly to group C-Level.

I started as IT Manager for Innovation Group, a service provider in automotive & insurance. I was responsible for all IT but my main job was to make sure the business processes we're automated, optimised & efficient.

After my internship the company decided to offer me a contract for analyst programmer. I worked in a team of 6 people for FBZ Constructiv. We we're maintaining & building new applications for social legislation specific for the Construction sector.
