Timely process Accounts Payable invoices through DO2 website;. Under general supervision, reviews invoices for three way match (PO-receipt-invoice)and approvals. Input inventory and direct-bill transactions into the system. Posts journal or voucher entries, reconciles accounts and checks for accuracy. Verifies, sorts, posts and check claims, bills, invoices and vouchers. Produces general accounting reports related to area of responsibility. Insure materials/services have been received prior to vendor payment. Assist vendors with invoicing and payment inquiries. Assist senior accounting staff in data research and inquiries

Review, validate and process all invoices; process 2200 vouchers a month; Investigate and resolve any discrepancies; download and format monthly OPAY and PSV reports; review and correct OPAY reports to ensure accuracy of accruals; 3 way matching invoice processing; process non-po invoices; Support vendors and hospitals with customer support
