Formulated and led the special loads team and acted as a focal point of contact for acceptance and safe transportation of all special cargo including live animals. Designed all requirements for an automated tool for chargeable weights, overhangs, heavy shipments, and Live animals process in collaboration with Qatar Airways IT department. Ensured all SOP’s were created considering safety as a priority. For the ease of reservation for complex products like vehicles, aircraft engines and other special cargo, a product specification was created. Merged data to promote awareness on the safe transportation of live animals and hinder its illegal transportation. Provided instructions to stations during shoring and tie-down procedures. Created training materials for both shoring & tie-down procedures and live animal regulations by collaborating efficiently with talent and development team.Key Contributions:1.
