• Administering complete supply chain functions of NORTH INDIA REGION in SAP environment including management, controlling and supervision. • Keeping regular follow-up with factory and vendors for timely getting the material; ensuring minimum inventory level at CFA.• Working in close relation with end users i.e., marketing, sales, networking and admin for timely closing of task as well as circulation of MIS to the concerns for inward & outward movements.• Scheduling vehicles to minimize costs; assuring clearance of transporter & courier agencies bills.• Providing training to 3PL staff for warehousing, distribution & documentation.• Keep track of renewal dates of all licenses i.e. Drug License , Shops & Establishment act, ESI, PF and minimum wage license and any other license as applicable. Budgeting & releasing the payments of CFA & transporter.
