CurrentIn my current capacity, I am successfully managing several live projects with a team of 80+ associates across multiple processes. I am also responsible for new projects, regulations, and process/operations excellence implementations.Efficiently conducting feasibility analysis, and cost-benefit analysis of new requirements, products, and projects as suggested by marketing. I have been instrumental in managing transitions and ensuring SLAs and deadlines are met across multiple processes. Accountable for generating & sharing performance reports and data feed on the mutual fund industry as per clients’ requests. Adeptly conducting primary and secondary research on various financial products offered in the USA through sec filing and other databases.Skillfully driving standardization across processes, grooming, and development of subordinates. Involved in scaling & expanding the scope of services offered to the Bank broker and RIAs. Accountable for automation, cost optimization & productive initiatives. Significantly creating new products sellable in us market. Adeptly formulating business planning and review mechanism with senior management. Adding to this, I also developed a product from scratch and successfully launched it in the market, and now have more than 200 clients. Assayed a key role in the implementation of major process automation. Actively performed exhaustive study of offer documents like prospectus and statement of additional information along with annual and semi-annual reports of a mutual fund. Proficiently created an integrated financial model, consolidated, and verified all business assumptions, and prepared a budget book for review by executive management.
