HER Music InitiativeStarting in 2018 in Greece, HER Music Initiative has been a pioneering platform dedicated to amplifying the presence and influence of women DJs and producers within the electronic music realm. At its core, HER is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where gender minorities in electronic music are empowered with essential resources, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth, all within a supportive and transparent community.My Role:As part of the dynamic HER team, I've been deeply involved in community research and strategic development. My contributions include strategising a diverse range of educational programs with the co-directors, orchestrating engaging panel discussions, and spearheading artistic endeavours, all aimed at nurturing talent and facilitating meaningful conversations within the industry.Collaborative Efforts:My journey with HER has afforded me the opportunity to collaborate with an array of esteemed organizations and events, including Athens Pride, Selina hotel, Cannibal Radio, and HGW std.
