In my experience as a support worker and in community health, I've gained an intimate grasp of the needs individuals have when seeking support, and the challenges our dedicated workers face within the current system. My mission is clear: I aim to leverage this experience to revolutionise training through serious gaming, making a real, positive impact in empowering support workers to deliver exceptional care and removing barriers for individuals with disabilities.Connecting and building a strong community are paramount for creating safe, supportive, and welcoming spaces.
