With 15 years of experience in this field, I have worked with various clients and partners in Slovenia, such as the Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired, the Slovenian Lottery, UniCredit Bank Slovenia and many others. I have also lectured at several conferences, sharing my insights and best practices on web accessibility. I was initiator and co-organiser of first GAAD event (conference) In Slovenia.My previous work experience includes more than 15 years of project management and IT consultancy, managing complex, multi-content EU funded and IT projects. I have strong expertise in IT, operational, and financial management, as well as in new business development. In addition, I am passionate about using my management and interpersonal skills in my voluntary activities as a group leader, instructor, and dog handler for a missing persons search and rescue group in central Slovenia. I am proud to be part of a team of dedicated volunteers who are always ready to help those in need.

Let's make web accessible to all!With the experience I started to gain in 2008, when I started to work with blind and visually impaired and the lack of knowledge and experience in the area of digital accessibility in Slovenia, I started working as accessibility consultant and web page accessibility evaluator.I have proven my knowledge and experience in working with Union of the blind and visually impaired, as their lead IT and accessibility consultant and Insitute IZDV as their accessibility evaluator & consultant and working for many institutions in Slovenia, including ARNES (as a lectutrer on conference Mreža Znanja), Slovenian Lotery (as consultant and evaluator), Institute of the republic of Slovenia for vocational education and training (as consultant and evaluator) and many other institutions, which include municipalities and their utulity companies.I work hand in hand with their project managers, web designers, programmers and content managers in with the goal of delivering WCAG compliant web pages and services.I strive to promote web accessibility, based on WCAG standards, and help organisations to deliver accessible products and with it - making web accessible to all. I do that with providing accessibility trainings, accessibility consultancy and quick or preferrably multiple step accessibility evaluations.With DIRECTIVE (EU) 2019/882 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services, web accessibility will make a huge step from public to private sector. With 2022 we opened a non-profit, only one in Slovenia focusing on promoting and supporting digital accessibility. We bring all our experience and will into Institute for digital accessibility A11Y.si. And we are all here to help.
