Members were care-avoidant, treatment-resistant from various backgrounds and insurance companies. I Applied critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and used motivational interviewing techniques to identify members’ personal health goals, key in determining the root cause of their concerns.• Facilitated cross-functional teams-via warm-transfer to their Care Coach and Community Care Coordinator-who, in turn, performed an initial assessment thus, getting members enrolled in the program. Care Coaches are instrumental to members graduating from the 52-week program.• The initiative was taken, by me, to create scripting around the members' needs, which created opportunities for the member to fully be able to understand the details of the program. I wrote 8 different scripts representing the 8 different companies we worked with and their relevant rebuttals.Exceeded daily performance goals, high QA (quality) scores, Initiated 125 calls daily, with most of them being cold calls. I had an excellent conversion rate. The most significant accomplishment of my time at Ontrak was when I was able to enroll members, especially the ones who had been telling us no for years.
