Over the last 6 months I have worked with multiple clients on over 40 productions.Clients included, Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, Amazon, Netflix, NBC, ITV, BBC, Sony, Southshore Productions, Kudos and many more. Manging all aspects of planning and implementing COVID-19 Swab testing, COVID-19 Antibody testing and Thermal Imaging. Delivering results across multiple productions in a quick and efficient manner to ensure productions can run keeping all cast and crew onsite. Reacting to new client’s requirements in a restricted time frame – e.g “Can you test celebrity X in London at 11am tomorrow please”. I would take responsibility of quoting, delivering, and reporting. Logistically planning of up to 30 appointments in multiple locations with testing numbers varying from 1 – 100. Worked on the Jurassic Park Dominion, the first to start filming after lockdown testing between 300 - 700 people daily. Co-ordinating with our clinical team to advise productions on the best protocols and outcome after a positive test. Ensuring the “patient zero”, “patient 1” and “patient 2” are all advised on what to do and to keep everyone on the production safe. Follow government guidelines on COVID 19 and working with productions individually on their specific protocols. Managing a team of 5 nurses, 2 administrators and 3 drivers. Co-ordination of COVID-19 swab testing onsite, on location and at cast/ senior crew members homes across the UK. Forecasting and planning stock control – PPE and COVID swabs. Advising productions teams and my staff on PPE and social distancing guidelines on site plus best practise socially. Providing monthly reports to clients and senior management.
