• Once promoted I ran our Headquarter depot and oversaw 5 depots around the UK, ensuring the smooth running of all processes internally and externally with constant communication to clients, employees and senior.

• For 3 months as Hire Desk Controller; raised all southern region contracts, dealt with on and off hire requests, liaised with the yard, ensured correct equipment was delivered and collected, recharged damages, raised.

• Successfully managed a database of 500 artists, combining account management, marketing, and sales efforts.
• Proactively sourced and vetted artists for the artist program, establishing strong customer relationships to drive communication and sales results.
• Effectively monitored and executed marketing campaigns, overseeing 100-500 monthly equipment loans with a high conversion rate into sales.
• Led social media engagement across all marketing platforms, curating and editing compelling content from artists and engaging with followers to elevate brand promotion.
