Colleagues describe her as "I have had the privilege of knowing Tilly since both of us stayed at St Catherine's College (a residential college at UWA). Tilly was my RA for my second year at St Cats and she did a phenomenal job, making everyone feel well-adjusted to college life and constantly checking up on everyone in the wing. Tilly has amazing interpersonal skills and she her compassion for others is evident not only in her altruistic leadership style as an experienced RA, but also in the numerous volunteering stints she undertook throughout her academic career. For her countless transferable skills and deep understanding of the nature of people, I strongly believe that Tilly would do a magnificent job in any teaching role, as well as any other job for that matter (considering her vast academic background, which puts Tilly at a great advantage).
