-Support and deputise the management team in delivering KPI's-Manage a team of 19 in store efficiently in reaching daily, weekly, and monthly targets, as well as motivating and inspiring the team through training and coaching.-Assisting customers with exceptional service, ensuring the customer always comes first and helping the store to reach consistently above 90% scores on mystery shops.-Assist with store operations such as stock management, visual merchandising (window campaigns, and layout of store), and admin tasks.-Being the justice, diversity, equity and inclusion ambassador for the store.

- Be a student voice for CenSCE in a range of activities and university issues- Take part in focus groups for topics such as how to improve student attendance and engagement, and for NTU culture programme.- With NTU culture, have a voice for how students engage with the arts programmes available to them, and why they possibly don't, including topics such as race, class, and promotional issues.- Writing letters to prospective students about personal experiences of university and how to cope with the changes of coming to university to aid in boosting application rates for the university.

Helping to support first year psychology students in their transition to university. Including organising one-to-one sessions, drop in sessions, and group activities such as rock painting to promote wellbeing.

Designed a mental health intervention programme for workers in Fiji. Based on holistic and positive psychology, aimed at promoting wellbeing to prevent mental health becoming extremely poor, as well as to help to reduce the high stigma surrounding mental health in Fiji.
