During my time working as a negotiator in the property sector, I honed skills in client management, whilst pitching for new business, negotiating sales and liaising with legal teams to get to a point of completion. I went on to launch The Artichoke Kitchen, building the brand from scratch, running all aspects of the company, and directing a large team of staff.
