• Main responsibilities:
• Managing all facility processes and activities on an operational and tactical level (in- and outsourced) of the European headquarters, in total 47,000 m2 including a Photostudio, Warehouse and Showrooms for both soft.
• Leading, mentoring and coaching a team of 15 people, consists of facilities coordinators, maintenance team, service team and the facility service desk team.
• Recruitment and hiring, set goals and perform mid-year and year-end performance conversations with and for team.
• Create efficiency and effectiveness in all work processes and contracts of the department.
• Contract- and supplier management by negotiating more efficient contracts and prizing i.e. cleaning, maintenance, waste, office supplies, resulting in substantial savings over FY2020 and estimated FY2021.

• Senior Real Estate Manager Philips Global Headquarters, responsible for all real estate and facility matters for both soft- and hard services, and complex stakeholders management.
• Managing day-to-day operational (in- and outsourced) building related activities of the global headquarters (net 20,000 m2 building with an average occupancy of 1,250 colleagues and visitors per day).
• Demand management: local representative of Real Estate and first point of contact for the business groups, teams and external stakeholders like landlord and authorities
• Contract management: responsible for delivery of all services, from outsourced facility management, asset management, security, cleaning to specialized technical maintenance services.
• Engage and influence stakeholder management (culturally, functionally, seniority) ensuring customer relation and local customer intimacy is developed on site.
• Occupational Health: responsible for occupational health aspects of work environment and security, working closely with Head of Emergency Response Team and EHS department to meet local and global policies and regulations
