I have a long-standing background in marketing, events, customer service, retail and the communications industry. With over six years of marketing and event management experience in the cafe/coffee industry, wedding photography, product development & promotional eventsThroughout the course of my career, I have learnt to take initiative, be consistent in my work and provide an exceptional customer service approach. As I have worked in cafes, retail spaces & events I am capable to work in high intensity situations, be able to problem solve and make a decision if needed. I studied Marketing & Communications at TAFE NSW while I worked for a global marketing and event company. This taught me how to design logos, magazine templates and create social media content as well as planning and managing multiple events in a year across the world.
