I am highly experienced programme and project management professional with over 30 years in the industry mainly in the financial services and regulatory sector using both local and globally distributed teams. I have a technical background and have knowledge and experience across the project lifecycle but have specialised in project delivery management for many years now. I have a sound base and perspective when making decisions and driving resolution of issues.I have a highly successful delivery record and I am known for a calm and diplomatic issue resolution approach and equanimity in the face of difficulties. An engaging and clear communicator. Experienced in various methods and frameworks - Capgemini UPM and PRINCE2 methods, also experienced with Agile and a certified Scrum master. My experience has mostly been with package implementation, integration, and bespoke development projects but I have some transition management, AM and account management experience.
