A year-long training for directors, deputy directors, and executive workforce development board staff. There is a total of 60 hours of content and learning. Bootcamp provides the knowledge, tools, and peer-to-peer learning needed to thrive in the ever changing workforce development world as a regional leader, a steward of public resources, and an effective workforce development professional.

The Workforce Development Professional Apprenticeship Program adds more than 2,000 hours of on-the-job training that expands the role of workforce practitioners. The certificate program includes human-centered design (HCD) customer service skills, project management, leadership training, business development and communication skills.

Designer and provider of NAWB's technical assistance offerings ranging from strategic planning, retreat design/facilitation, to advice and consultation on board strategy and development.

Advised on leading practices in job creation and placement efforts in green industries. Facilitated sessions for experts and practitioners from the field. Wrote five case studies and produced multiple videos and case studies for the Green Practitioner toolkit (http://resources.communityactionpartnership.com/jobs/projects).

Developed project leads and video content, with a particular focus on public opportunities in energy efficiency upgrades/retrofits.
