Tim is a senior corporate real estate professional with thirty years' experience in the areas of workplace strategies, design, transformation, operation and change management, known for his upbeat and positive approach. He has worked as both occupier and consultant directly with 100+ clients in the UK, across Europe and the United States including household names in the private sector, public sector organisations and central and local government bodies. After graduation, he started his career at Boots the Chemists in Nottingham, England, where he spent ten years in workplace and change management, latterly implementing the award-winning ‘D90 Project’. Subsequently he has been a consultant with DEGW, Turner & Townsend, Johnson Controls, CBRE, Lendlease, and Aberley. His most recent focus has been providing consultancy and delivery support around organisational transformation programmes driven by property strategies, rationalisation and agile working. Tim was identified on the UK government external resources framework as an expert in the High Performing Property initiative. He is co-author, Working Without Walls and contributing author, The Distributed Workplace. He was a founding (Council) member of the Workplace Change Organisation. He leads the CoreNet UK Workplace Community, the IFMA Workplace Evolutionaries (WE) UK Hub and is a member of the WE Advisory Board.
