The organisation had 10 employees and a turnover of £1.4m in the year to March2012.• Responsible for the day to day management of company finances including salesledger, purchase ledger, financial and capital project accounting, credit control andworking capital.• Reporting to Board and external stakeholder with quarterly management accounts,cash flow forecasts and statutory accounts for three entities in accordance withGenerally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for a UK Trust, LimitedCompany and Community Interest Company.• Monthly reporting to Senior Management Team on Key Performance Indicatorsincluding capital project variances.• Responsible for systems development including procurement of IT hardware andsoftware. Management of information including maintaining databases and backingup and archiving of files.• Responsible for process development for finance and administration.• Management of staff training & development.• Financial modelling for capital project appraisal and revenue projects. Annualbudgeting for operational costs and setting prices to customers.• Line manager to three staff including annual appraisal process.• Management of payroll processing.• Assisting with Company Secretarial duties / statutory filing with Companies House.

• Performing monthly controls and production of management packs.• Statutory accounts under different GAAP – UK, South Africa and Israel.• Responsible for monthly and annual statutory reporting for investment banking, realestate and payroll companies. Also responsible for reporting a UK Trust.
