Also accountable for the planning and execution of the IT communication strategy (IT Strategy, IT Town Hall, IT Leader Forums, etc)● Program Management - This team is made up of K-C's Program Managers who manage the largest ITS initiatives throughout the globe. While performing this role, I also delivered the following accountabilities: ● Enterprise Agile Deployment - Led the Agile deployment team which provided training, coaching, and oversight of agile initiatives while creating the IT strategy for a full Agile product team conversion to be implemented in 2018. ● Organizational Change Management (OCM) for ITS Restructuring - I managed the OCM team for the ITS Restructuring Project which reorganized our global ITS organization. My project team defined our key stakeholder groups, identified impacts to those stakeholders, and developed the plan to mitigate all impacts. We then delivered upon that plan leveraging bi-weekly feedback from a Global Change Support network to continuously improve the plan. This worked completed in Q2 of 2016. ● IT Change Management Lead for Health Care Spin Off - I managed the project team that delivered IT change management and communications related to a major spin-off project for Kimberly-Clark. I managed the key messages, work plan, and facilitated the review/approval process for this initiative which completed in Q4 of 2014.

    As the ITS Continuous Improvement Lead, I was accountable to drive Lean thinking throughout our global ITS organization by leading a team of Continuous Improvement consultants and a global virtual team called the "CI Champion Network". K-C IT's lean journey had been going on for approximately 4 years before I took this accountability. While in this role, we were able to shift our Continuous Improvement focus from a set of Lean IT tools to Transformational CI Leadership. To help us progress this initiative, we providing training and coaching to ITS leaders and identified CI Champions. The approach connected foundational Lean concepts with Franklin-Covey's "4 Disciplines of Execution". Within two years we were able to influence over 50% of our ITS leaders to develop Visual Metrics leveraging a monthly Plan, Do, Check, & Adjust cadence to identify problem solving opportunities.

While in this role, my team delivered the following major initiatives: ● Jackson Safety Integration - Integrated a newly acquired business into the NA SAP application● I-Flow Integration - Integrated a newly acquired business into the NA SAP application● ECC 6.0 Upgrade - Upgraded the SAP application to the ECC 6.0 VersionWhile in this role, I leveraged Continuous Improvement to drive multiple Kaizen events that changed the way our team delivered ITS solutions for our business. Many of these changes were eventually incorporated into broader solution delivery concepts for global ITS.

First implementation of credit card processing at Kimberly-Clark. ● Pedigree Project - 6 month project enabled K-C's medical business to adhere to pedigree regulations● SAP Finished Goods Information (FGI) Project - During this multi-year project, I performed lead analyst duties designing the interfaces of legacy data to K-C's North American SAP Order to Cash application. This project enabled a phased deployment of SAP's ERP software. ● NA SAP Order to Cash Implementation - During this multi-year project, I was the lead analyst for the "Order Management" work stream on a large SAP implementation. As part of this role, I designed and implemented SAP solutions relating to Sales Order Processing enabling our North American business to seamlessly transition from legacy mainframe to SAP's ERP solution. Also designed and executed the sales order conversion process which moved thousands of in-flight orders from legacy mainframe to SAP.
