As the Site Manager for Bzzt Malmö, my primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our delivery services. By upholding high standards of cleanliness and tidiness, I contribute to a safe and efficient workspace for all employees.As part of my dispatching responsibilities, I handle customer orders and effectively allocate resources to meet delivery demands. Through efficient route planning, I strive to optimize delivery times and enhance customer satisfaction. I also actively communicate with drivers, promptly addressing any issues that may arise during their shifts, ensuring their success in completing deliveries.
