As the Site Manager for Bzzt Malmö, my primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our delivery services. With a focus on driving deliveries, I oversee the entire process from accepting orders to planning routes and coordinating with drivers to address any challenges they encounter during their work.Maintaining the fleet's excellent condition is another crucial aspect of my role. I diligently monitor and ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained and in optimal shape for seamless operations. This includes regular inspections, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and managing necessary documentation.In addition to managing the logistics, I prioritize maintaining a clean and organized office and garage environment. By upholding high standards of cleanliness and tidiness, I contribute to a safe and efficient workspace for all employees.As part of my dispatching responsibilities, I handle customer orders and effectively allocate resources to meet delivery demands. Through efficient route planning, I strive to optimize delivery times and enhance customer satisfaction. I also actively communicate with drivers, promptly addressing any issues that may arise during their shifts, ensuring their success in completing deliveries.
