 Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction activities.  Receive, follow up, direct or respond to Team Member (TM) queries in a timely and professional manner. Respond in a reasonable time period to H&S concerns that are raised by TM's. Participate in the investigation of accidents/incidents and follow up to ensure completion of recommendations. Assists in the preparation of materials/evidence for use in hearings. Analysis of accident statistics regarding type, frequency and severity and make recommendations as required. Educate all new employees on Formet’s Health and Safety regulations at New TM Orientation  Support the Engineering teams through proactive design analysis and Ergonomic recommendations of new and current processes using Ergonomic FMEA process.  Promote ergonomics at the design, implementation and operational stages of all work processes.  Liaison with the Health Centre and Leadership to develop appropriate Modified Work and Return to Work plans.  Ensure accurate, timely submission of all WSIB required documentation.  Carry out claim reviews including follow up, reports for WSIB, Leadership team and Human Resources  Data entry into Medgate software all injury records  Maintain and enhance the Physical Demands Description database.  Act as a supporting resource to the Joint Health and Safety Committee.  Provide the appropriate ergonomics training to all TM's.  Ensure compliance in all Ergonomics areas of the Magna Health and Safety Audit Conduct workplace risk assessments on existing equipment and work processes using tools that identify ergonomic hazards.
