- Leading a team in a joint needs assessment for drug and alcohol services across Luton, to inform a three year strategic plan for presentation to the local authority partnership delivery board- Commissioning a street outreach team to engage with street drinkers and to gather data detailing the extent of the issue across Luton, in addition to researching innovative approaches to tackling street drinking issues across the country, with a view to identifying potential solutions for Luton
