- Responsible for the implementation stream of a multi-year project to improve efficiency and reduce lead-time and cost in Client Onboarding activities, globally.- Projects include topics ranging from process improvements through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and the design and development of a tool to provide real time onboarding status.- Identified a €2M potential benefit across CIB globally, to be delivered by 2020. Lead a team of six developers, with responsibility for the team’s budget, roadmap, work planning, project and programme reporting and was heavily involved in the recruitment of staff.Introduced Agile techniques to the team, changing my team's approach to development by implementing Kanban, Story Pointing to improve the accuracy of estimates and moving to short release cycles with sprints.
