Manage the Maintenance department and assist Engineering department with various aspects of facility maintenance and operations including lawn and landscape, irrigation, HVAC, painting, workstation assembly, and other general building maintenance work. Assist Event Planning department with event set-ups and logistics. Take part in procuring and working with outside contractors in meeting facility maintenance and security needs. Also work with Executive department as requested.

Began as a custodian and was promoted to supervisor of the Custodial department. Was responsible for managing/scheduling department employees and our workload for the department in a multi-building facility on a large campus, which included daily cleaning of facilities, room set-ups and tear downs, and light maintenance duties. Coordinated with staff and members on special events, including staffing, event set-ups and clean-up. Kept track of supplies inventory. Initial recipient of the FBCE "Whatever It Takes" award.
