I managed a portfolio of over 250 bank owned properties, inspected properties to determine what needed maintenance in order for the property to be in selling condition, handled the hiring of service providers for maintenance of properties and developed relationships with local realtors to list properties. Additionally, presented all offers to executive.

Coastal Community Bank was purchased by Centennial Bank and I was kept on and made Appraisal Specialist. In this position I handled all requests for appraisals of the bank’s foreclosed properties. I was responsible for developing relationships with appraisers and for negotiating fair prices for their work.

In these two positions I handled all customer financial transactions and filing of loan documentation. Once loans were paid in full, I handled the release of title. These roles consisted of much customer interaction in person and over the phone.
