This is a move the directors have taken to give us a bold, fresh andcontemporary impact; ensuring our product offering is more easily identifiable withinthe client market. Dispense Solutions and Polar Fridge will come under the umbrellaname of ‘All Chilled’ as of 1st June 2016.We will retain the same staff, same directors and same working systems. I set up Fridge Solutions LLP to enable us to fill a gap in the market for a customer focused refrigeration company initially servicing the leisure industry We supply all types of refrigeration equipment and also offer a reactive service. Due to our Dispense Solutions experience we fully understand the demanding needs of the end user and are able service their needs.I achieved my FGAS certification to enable me to fully understand the needs and demands of our customers and to enable me to fully understand the needs of my Technicians.My responsibilities include the day to running of the department from job allocation to stock control and contract negotiation. The business has very quickly achieved the same high standards of customer satisfaction as our dispense company.

I started at Flowrite services as drinks dispense technician and within 4 months was promoted to senior technician.I was responsible for pioneering a system with the brewers of dedicated service providers area’s – this was where the service provider was responsible for all the work in a dedicated post code area. The trial was so successful that it was launched all over the UK by Inbev.I was promoted to UK Service Manager responsible for a team of 25 installation technicians and 45 service technicians working for all the major brewers.I left Flowrite to set up my own company when their goals and principles change

I was seconded to the training department and responsible for delivering all types of training to internal and external people . I delivered the following training to all internal staff from call handlers to Directors of the board – Customer Care, upselling techniques, brand awareness . I also delivered training to the pub owners and pub chain owners on cellar management skills. I was comfortable delivering training from one person to 100 on all topics.Unfortunately the training budget was cut and the department had to downsize.Loved this job.

I was promoted to this position to enable me to promote Whitbread brands and carry out brand merchandising in all the local public houses this involved some difficult discussions with pub owners and managers at all levels to ensure that Whitbread products were always in top condition when sold to the end user (drinker!). I was responsible for quality control of technicians and service providers work.
