I have over 30 years experience in leading construction projects and programmes in the UK and worldwide. I specialise in complex and sensitive schemes, assembling development agreements that marry the public and private sector to produce good returns for developers and for the public purse. I manage design teams from feasibility through detailed design, securing planning permission and all necessary approvals.I am one of the founders of CPC Project Services – an agile, results driven project management and business consultancy delivering capital and infrastructure schemes; development and investment appraisals; PMOs; programming and planning; risk management; commercial and cost management services and stakeholder management.
