An FTSE 250 company, Micro Focus is a multinational software and information technology provider.The position included owning the process to ensure all content pages and digital assets were created, translated, staged and published promptly across several multilingual EMEA websites and the Japanese website.After several mergers, the corporate website amalgamated six additional websites including eight localised sites. All pages were built on the OpenText Teamsite platform and coded by hand using HTML, CSS and PHP.• Successfully transferred Borland.com to a new CMS (Kentico) platform, including localising the site into eight languages.• Liaised with stakeholders to understand requirements for building landing pages and emails to support marketing campaigns. Making sure the user journey was unbroken when capturing leads into the marketing pipeline.• Working alongside product owners to update and test new product download trials. Making sure the user journey was unbroken and all captured leads flow into Pivotal correctly• Managed the clean-up and editing of HTML emails to match brand guidelines and ensure correct rendering across email viewers. (Email on Acid, Litmus)

An IT service management company providing business solutions, technology and lifecycle services to customers across various industries.Managed the corporate website, associated marketing microsites and email marketing database. All websites and emails were coded by hand using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The role also encompassed monthly reporting from Google Analytics, SEO, design and development.• Supported the marketing initiatives for the generation of sales leads within the NHS, Education and Enterprise sectors. This included the design and production of campaign microsites and email shots. Several campaigns successfully identified high-value opportunities, which the company went onto tender and subsequently win.• Created a new brand identity for the company reflecting a more modern and contemporary feel as it continued to grow in its market sector. Successfully rolled out to include online and offline marketing material, plus all internal documentation• Planned, designed and built a customer service portal using SharePoint 2010. The portal allowed client access 24/7 to any relevant documentation and provide transparency between the client and the project manager.• Designed and produced an internal company intranet using SharePoint 2010. The asset became the central hub for all company documentation and allowed 80 employees based across several locations to connect and communicate more efficiently.
