Provided leadership for Chatham’s online and community programs to ensure their academic quality, viability, and growth. Was responsible for designing and developing online programs, curricular planning and evaluation; program innovation and assessment; faculty and staff development and evaluation; and budget management. Worked closely with the Dean of the College for Women; the Dean of the College for Graduate Studies; and the Dean of the School for Sustainability and the Environment on academic planning and joint programs. Also collaborated closely with the Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing on recruitment and marketing.

Responsible for strategy, development and growth of new programs.

Executive position reported directly to the President. Responsible for development and execution of marketing plans to grow the business. Lead the Product Phase Gate Committee, sales support, and marketing efforts. Manage customer service, repairs and marketing departments in addition to vendor relationships. Marketing responsibilities include branding, advertising, product development, promotion, merchandising and pricing.

Responsible for product marketing functions of transportation. Managed 11 professionals responsible for 4 core products and 20+ premium services including: FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Overnight Ground, FedEx Multiweight. Planned, organized, staffed, directed and controlled all Product Marketing activities. Designed and deployed marketing and operational plans, controlled development budgets, and oversaw marketing communications strategies.
