Throughout my 20+ years in VDC/BIM coordination I have demonstrated advanced knowledge of the projects I work on to deliver accurate and constructable shop drawings for HVAC sheetmetal, piping, and plumbing systems. The type of projects I enjoy most are research lab facilities, educational institutions, and healthcare institutions. These projects typically have large interconnected systems that inherently come with many coordination challenges, which often require outside of the box thinking and solutions. Known as a team player willing to work with all others to achieve a common goal. Extensive knowledge of utilizing Autocad Fabrication CadMEP, Autodesk Navisworks, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, and BIMTrack. Forward looking and globally minded when it comes to the full scope of the project and each trades' means and practices when it comes to construction. Just because my client can install their work doesn't equate to a successful project, and I strive to make sure that the trade I'm responsible for is at least cognizant of other trades that must also install around our work.Often requested by name from Construction Manager VDC/BIM teams to be the lead coordinator tasked with their project.
