- Partner with leadership to organize and lead 12 international interns(from Denmark, Switzerland, Ireland, and across the US) and 18 short-term groups in supporting staff and children of the children's home.-Championed the development of robust educational oppurtunities for the children living onsite and leading weekly bible studies for the children and staff of the children's home, and people in the surrounding community.-Pioneered fundraising for specific programs needing sponsorship at the children's home by preparing and distributivo material for stategic partnerships and iniciativas in the United States; Secured $150,000.00 in donations annually.-Supported strategy development and coached 15 international teams to execute short-tem service such as medical outreach, educational workshops, construction, community development, church plant support, and vacation bible school(VBS).-Key role in organizing, leading, counseling, and caring for the international groups and long-term interns while managing all immigration requirements to remain in compliance with the country standards.-Developed leadership training for a local church plant and focused on implementing the ministry of small groups in the community.-Trained, counseled, and released small group leaders(5 total) in a small rural church plant.-Made weekly house visits and taught scripture to a majority iliterata and poverty ridden community.-Discipled and mentored international volunteers and some locals to live mission minded.
