Leading the ministries of Carey and our dedicated staff and volunteer team to train pastors and leaders for the global church. We currently work in 15 countries and 9 language groups. In this role I also represent our organization in churches, conferences and through networking with our various constituents to tell the story of what God is doing and to invite others to partner with us in this strategic gospel work.

Training Spiritual Leaders who shape the church and influence the nations. I oversee global training, and coordinate ministry partnerships in over 20 worldwide locations.

Serving as a member of the teaching team to prepare and present biblically faithful expositional messages for the equipping and growth of the church.

Successfully led restart and turn-around of a wounded and dying church, adding over 300 people.Maintained a strong outreach focus baptizing over 150 new believers.Developed and communicated compelling vision and built ministry teams and systems to see it accomplished.Hired and led diverse staff team.Established significant international ministry partnerships in Haiti, Italy and Asia.Provided oversight to missions teams sent out nationally and internationally.Consistently preached dynamic expository messages and produced training materials to equip the church.

Developed and trained pioneer church planting team.Raised missionary financial support and maintained donor relations.Successfully planted first Bible teaching church in diverse international community of Rogers Park, home to more than 80 different language groups.Led and discipled congregation consisting of more than a dozen nationalities, including multiple languages.Mentored and commissioned 5 international missionaries from the church to serve in Europe, Africa, Asia and Middle East.
