Tim Becker is a Programs Chair, Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University. He possess expertise in construction management, civil engineering, concrete. Colleagues describe him as "Tim is an excellent manager and director. I had the pleasure to serve as an intern under his direction from 2015 to 2016 for Kiewit University and must admit, I have never had a more understanding; yet goal driven leader in the work place. Tim's strengths (as I experienced them) include positive motivation, friendly persuasion, and critical thinking development. Instead of giving direct answers for questions, he encouraged self-teaching; leaving a bread-crumb style of learning in his employee development strategies. I learned more under Tim than I have in all of my 5 years as a young professional.
