• Receive and log customer requests via ACD calls, automated tickets, emails, and voicemails• Register and document all tickets in BMC Remedy Information Technology Service Management console• Perform first responder duties and use available tools to resolve or escalate issues; gather information to transition cases to 2nd level support, partners, and service managers• Provide after-hours and weekend support to provide 24/7 coverage; provide Enterprise outage notifications and… Show more • Receive and log customer requests via ACD calls, automated tickets, emails, and voicemails• Register and document all tickets in BMC Remedy Information Technology Service Management console• Perform first responder duties and use available tools to resolve or escalate issues; gather information to transition cases to 2nd level support, partners, and service managers• Provide after-hours and weekend support to provide 24/7 coverage; provide Enterprise outage notifications and leverage escalation channels to ensure SLA and SLM targets are met• Provision user roles for Global Groups, Security Groups, and Distribution Lists in applicable Active Directories, authenticate users with approved tools, provide RSA hardware and software token support, provide first level BES support, and mitigate McAfee Endpoint Encryption issues• Process account setup, modification, and termination requests for Active Directory, Wireless, Outlook Enterprise, OCS/Lync, IBM AS400/I-Series, and proprietary applications• Maintain 100% compliance with all laws and regulations, complete proper user verification before providing any access related services, and maintain accurate documentation• Provide mentorship for new employees, shadow call flow process and approved tool usage and provide feedback to supervision• Review and recommend updates to approved knowledge management sources to ensure current and applicable troubleshooting and dispatch information Show less
