I have served as a Deputy Program Manager and Program Manager on task order contracts ranging from $10M - $34M providing information assurance and cyber security engineering services to DoD and Intelligence Community clients. I ensured both high quality technical performance and effective financial and budget performance across a range of tasks in areas such as software development, certification and accreditation, systems and security engineering, and process improvement.I led a team of 20-30 system security engineering professionals providing career and capability development guidance, mentoring, performance measurement, and professional growth and promotion. I developed and reviewed performance assessments for all staff within my segment of the organization. I achieved multiple staff promotions across staff levels, and developed sound professional development plans for staff to achieve career growth.I had responsibility for business development and growth within segments of the information assurance market for a DoD/IC client. I developed strong client relationships based on my teams' quality delivery and ability to help clients meet their mission goals. I have experience in capture strategy development and proposal development in areas such as staffing strategy and technical approach and capabilities.

As a software engineer, I developed avionics modernization enhancements for the FB-111A flight simulator by analyzing existing design documentation and developed source code updates to accurately implement upgrades to flight simulator avionics. I also deployed and tested the software upgrades on operational Air Force simulators. I developed and delivered accurate functioning software to project leadership for a signal processing application. My deliverables included documentation of software requirements and design, as well as documented source code.
