Mr. Benoit has more than 25 years of DOE, commercial nuclear, and fossil plant experience, and is currently the Lead Nuclear Operations QA Representative for Argonne National Laboratory. Prior to that, he participated on a number of NQA-1 based audits for the U.S. Department of Energy at the Yucca Mountain project. He has participated as an Audit Team Leader for site and vendor process audits, both for DOE and Exelon. He also has extensive experience in performing NUPIC (a shared joint utility program which includes most of the US nuclear utilities as members) Audits as an Audit Team Leader. He performed corporate QA oversight and corporate rad-waste management oversight, and held position in radiation protection, chemistry, maintenance, and Quality Assurance (QA) for Exelon that resulted in improved operations and significant cost savings.
