• Develop Installation Strategy/Plan for Offshore Hook-Up.
• Developed Offshore Hook-Up Cost Estimate and schedule including, mobilization/demobilization, consumables, onshore support, lifting vessels, man power, offshore support services, etc.
• Developed system to track and report the status of all constructability issues from start to close-out.
• Review, redline and/or provide feedback for engineering deliverables for accuracy and constructability purposes.
• Coordinated and Developed Job Cards for over 100 Modules to be integrated for 2 FPSO’s.
• Provided the Constructability Sequence, Procedures, Model Shots, Installation Support, MTO’s and Man Power for Job Cards involved in the installation of Modules to help support field execution and completion.

• Develop Safe Work Plan Procedures (Work Packages) for offshore brownfield constructability.
• Work alongside BP, their approved vendors, partners, and all Worley Parsons disciplines to ensure construction work is executed offshore efficiently while using a safe work practice during all phases of the project.
• Provide detail procedures for Structural and Piping constructability. In doing so, provide man power estimates, lift plans, structural constructability input, scheduling, MTO’s, and perform onsite field audits.
• Worked with over 50 projects at an estimated $5-$100 million dealing with all types of complexity and obstacles.

• Design/Drafted plan view, elevation, sections/detail drawings for fabrication and installation (e.g. steel, misc. supports, foundations, civil, demolition, location plans, etc.), using AutoCAD and PDMS.
• Provided crane layouts for barge placement, supports, sea fastening and lift plans.
• Interfaced between all disciplines insuring the most accurate information was handed over to design/draft against other drawing/details while providing MTO’s and BoM’s for Procurement.

• Design and produce structural petrochemical detail drawings using 2D Microstation, PDS, & AutoCAD.
• Extract sections of the model to 2D drawings using PDS Frameworks.
• Order supplies (steel, concrete, etc.) through Marian for the Civil Structural Department.
